What's included in the setup fee?
The $299 setup fee covers the initial design and build of your 5-page website, including content writing assistance, image sourcing guidance, and getting everything live on your domain.
What if I want to cancel?
We ask for a 12-month minimum commitment, then it's month-to-month. If you cancel, your site goes offline—but we can help you transition to self-hosting if you prefer.
Do I own my website?
You own all your content (text, images, logo). The website itself is built on our platform and included in your subscription. If you leave, we can provide your content files.
What counts as an "update"?
Text changes, image swaps, adding new services, updating hours—basically any content change. We handle these within 24-48 hours. Major redesigns or new pages may incur additional fees.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a 12-month minimum term. This lets us invest in building you a quality site without worrying you'll leave after a month. After 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What about domain names?
If you already have a domain, we'll connect it. If you need one, we can register it for you (typically $15-30/year depending on the domain). Domain costs are separate from the monthly fee.
