The Challenge
Mick had been running MK Plumbing for over 15 years, relying entirely on word of mouth and his reputation in the local area. While business was steady, he noticed competitors with professional websites were winning jobs he should have been getting.

The click-to-call button is impossible to miss. On mobile, one tap connects directly to Mick’s phone. We also added after-hours messaging for non-urgent enquiries.
Online Quote Requests
For non-emergency work, customers can submit their details and job description. Mick gets all the info he needs before calling back—property type, issue description, preferred timing.
Google Reviews Integration
Mick had dozens of 5-star Google reviews that nobody could see. We added a reviews widget that displays his latest feedback directly on the site.
Service Area Map
An interactive map clearly shows which suburbs MK Plumbing covers. This has significantly reduced time wasted on enquiries from outside his service area.
